A circular brooch with a border of Celtic knotwork and bosses, set with a 1.9cm round cut citrine. The reverse has a hinged steel pin with a scroll safety clasp and is stamped with the maker’s mark ‘RA’ for Robert Allison, and hallmarked Glasgow, sterling silver and 1953.
