This handmade ring is formed of a hammered shank set with a naturalistic stick-and-ball decoration. The inside of the shank has been stamped with Edinburgh hallmarks for 925 sterling silver and the initials ‘JvB’ for John Neil van Bogerijen.
John Neil van Bogerijen ran The Jewellery Studio in Brodick on Isle of Arran during the 1960s and 70s.
