A pair of silver, satin-finished, drop earrings with a central square panel showing a section of the sun in orange enamel against a dark blue sky with silver stars. The reverse is stamped ‘JLM’ for Jane Louise Moore with hallmarks for London, 1996. The item was purchased in 1997 and comes with a copy of the receipt.

Jane Moore is a highly innovative, expert jeweller and enameller. Her career began in the 1970s after qualifying from Loughborough College of Art and Design in Silversmithing and Jewellery. In 2006, Moore’s mastery of colour led to her being presented with the prestigious Kayman Award from the National Association of Jewellers - https://www.janemoore.co.uk.
