A pair of small silver, crescent-shaped, stud earrings decorated with various shades of blue enamel together with gold detailing. The reverse is stamped ‘JS’ for Jane Short.

Jane Short is a renowned enameller with expertise in applying her colour to both jewellery and silverware which she has been doing since the 1970s. Her work can be found in several public collections including the National Museums Scotland, the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge, and the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford.
