A vintage silver, double Albert pocket watch chain by William Walter Cashmore, Birmingham, 1929
A silver, double Albert pocket watch curbed chain, with graduated links, sprung clasp, and T-bar. The chain is marked ‘WWC’ for William Walter Cashmore (a Birmingham maker), sterling silver, and the year 1929, and each individual link is marked with a lion passant (for sterling silver). The T-bar is stamped with the maker’s mark ‘J.M’ together with the Gothic date letter ‘S’. The town mark is lacking.
