This vase is beautifully formed with an elegant graduated oval mouth to which the hallmarks have been applied for Hamilton & Inches, Edinburgh, sterling silver, 2019. The vase comes in its original purple box with the lid foil-stamped in silver with the company’s name together with their Royal Warrant.
Hamilton and Inches was founded in Edinburgh in 1866 by Robert Kirk Inches and his uncle, James Hamilton. In 1893, the quality of their work was recognised by Queen Victoria and they were presented with a Royal Warrant.
